Tell us where
Two minutes online. We need your address, whether your dryer hookup is gas or electric, and if you rent, your landlord's okay.

A licensed local appliance shop brings the machines out, hooks them up properly, and makes sure they run before leaving.

Do your laundry
One flat payment a month, on autopay. If something breaks, we fix it at no charge. If you're done, we come pick them up.

In-unit laundry fills vacancies faster and holds tenants longer, but outfitting units means buying machines and owning the repairs forever. We place them instead, and we handle every service call ourselves. One monthly rate per unit, cancel on any unit at any time.

Questions people actually ask
Do I ever own the machines?
No. This is a rental, and it stays a rental for as long as you keep it. There's no purchase option, no buyout, and no rent-to-own. If you want to own a washer and dryer, buying one is the cheaper way to do it, and we'd tell you so.
Is there really no credit check?
Really. We don't run your credit and we don't ask for a deposit. We do require a payment method on autopay.
What if it breaks?
Call us and we fix it, at no charge. Normal wear and tear is on us. If a machine can't be repaired, we swap it.
How do I cancel?
Tell us and we'll schedule a pickup. There's no cancellation fee, no notice period beyond scheduling the pickup, and nothing further owed past the month you're in.
I rent my apartment. Can I still do this?
Usually yes, as long as your unit has hookups and your landlord is okay with the install. We ask for that confirmation up front so nobody gets a surprise.
Gas or electric dryer?
Both. Tell us which hookup you have and we'll bring the right machine. If you're not sure, send us a photo of the hookup and we'll tell you.
What happens in winter?
We deliver year round. On genuinely bad storm days we'll call and move you to the next available slot rather than risk your floors or our crew.
Are the machines new?
No, and we'd rather say so plainly. They're quality used machines, inspected and cleaned before they come to you, supplied by established local appliance shops. That's why this costs what it does. If one doesn't work right, we fix it or replace it.
